Most patients start with Core ($1,500), a 3-hour baseline evaluation with a longevity physician: VO2 max, DEXA body composition, metabolic and healthspan assessment, and a personalized precision plan. Choose Comprehensive ($6,500) for the deepest look: 6 hours with a physician, everything in Core plus advanced cardiovascular, metabolic, inflammatory, genetic, hormone and neurocognitive testing, and a 3-hour results review. Not sure? Start with Core. If you upgrade within 30 days, your full $1,500 is credited toward Comprehensive.

Choose your plan: Pick Core or Comprehensive, whichever fits your goals.
Visit the lab: VO2 max, DEXA and advanced testing, with a physician.
Get your personalized plan: We turn your results into a plan, then help you put it into action.
Keep the momentum: Repeat annually to track your progress, or become an Infinity member for ongoing support.

No. There is no membership required. Most patients simply repeat the Core follow-up ($1,500) each year to track their progress. After Comprehensive, the optional Infinity membership ($500 a month, 12-month commitment) adds ongoing physician-guided care, direct access to the physician team between visits, and testing up to twice a year.

Short answer: No. A targeted test has its place when you are answering a targeted question, the way you would ask a mechanic about one specific noise. But most people don't come to us with one noise. They come asking how the whole car is doing, and you can't answer that by checking the tires without opening the hood. A full-body DEXA measures bone density, muscle, fat and visceral fat. VO2 max measures how well your heart and lungs perform under effort. Those are different systems, and longevity is about how all of them work together. That's precisely why we came up with the Core plan: one baseline, the full picture, so every result can be read in context and nothing important gets missed.

There's no shortage of quick fixes with a discount code. What we offer is different: time, trust, advanced diagnostics and longevity expertise. Time means hours one-on-one with a physician, not a rushed 15-minute appointment. Advanced diagnostics means data that routine bloodwork never captures. A full-body DEXA measures your bone density, muscle, body fat and visceral fat, and VO2 max testing measures your cardiorespiratory fitness, one of the strongest predictors of how long you'll live. Trust means we don't sell the supplements we recommend, so your plan is built on your results and nothing else. And the investment is smaller than it sounds. Core is $1,500 a year, about $4.11 a day, roughly the price of your daily cup of coffee. For that, you get a clear picture of where your health is headed, and a plan to change it while there's still time.

Absolutely. We have many patients who drive or fly in once a year for their annual longevity workup. Most testing and visits can be completed in the same day. For infinity patients we see them once or twice a year and can do other visits remotely.

Lifespan is how long you live. Healthspan is how long you live well: the years you can keep doing the things you love, like skiing, hiking, traveling, spending time with the people who matter most, and living independently on your own terms. The two aren't the same. On average, Americans spend more than 12 years at the end of life living with disease or disability. That's the gap between lifespan and healthspan, and it's the gap we work to close. Our goal is for your healthspan to match your lifespan: to stay strong, sharp and independent well into old age, and not spend your last years in decline.
-
No, (but we think it should be.) Insurance is built to pay for treating disease once it shows up, not for preventing it. Tests like VO2 max, full-body DEXA body composition and many advanced biomarkers are rarely covered for people who feel healthy, even though they can reveal risks years before a problem develops.
That's exactly the gap we fill. Our care is proactive prevention: finding what you can change while there's still time to change it. Because we work outside of insurance, your first visit is at least three hours one-on-one with a physician, not a rushed 15-minute appointment. And our pricing is transparent, with no surprise bills.
We work alongside your primary care physician, not in place of them, so keep your regular checkups and insurance-covered care.

VO2 max measures how much oxygen your body can use at peak effort. But its meaning goes far beyond that. Think about hiking with your family, walking up stairs without stopping to catch your breath, or keeping up on vacation. Those activities take aerobic capacity. Alongside strength, balance and mobility, it helps support the independence you want to keep as you age.
Testing gives us a baseline: where you are today and how much room you have to build your fitness for the years ahead. The encouraging part? This number isn't fixed. With consistent, appropriately tailored training, improvements can begin within weeks, though the pace varies from person to person. Retesting can show how you're responding. The goal isn't simply a higher score. It's more capacity to live the life you want, now and in the future.

A full-body DEXA scan (Dual-Energy X-ray Absorptiometry) is important for several reasons:
Bone Health Assessment: It provides precise measurements of bone mineral density (BMD), helping to diagnose conditions like osteoporosis and assess fracture risk.
Body Composition Analysis: It offers detailed information on body fat and lean muscle mass distribution, and exact visceral fat metrics. This helps in evaluating overall health and tailoring fitness and nutrition plans.
Monitoring Changes: Regular DEXA scans can track changes in bone density and body composition over time, providing valuable insights into the effectiveness of interventions or lifestyle changes.
Risk Assessment: By identifying areas of low bone density or abnormal body fat distribution, a DEXA scan helps assess risk factors for conditions such as metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular disease.
Personalized Health Strategies: The data from a DEXA scan allows for more personalized recommendations for diet, exercise, and supplementation to improve overall health and prevent disease.
Overall, a full-body DEXA scan is a crucial tool for comprehensive health evaluation and long-term wellness planning.
Normal DEXA Scan:
Focus: Typically measures bone mineral density (BMD) in specific areas, such as the lumbar spine, hip, and sometimes the forearm.
Purpose: Primarily used to diagnose osteoporosis, assess fracture risk, and monitor bone health.
Procedure: A quick and straightforward scan that targets select areas to evaluate bone density.
Scope: Limited to bone health assessment and does not provide information about body composition.

Simple. We practice what we preach. We want for ourselves what we want for you, to live long, healthy and fulfilling lives. In addition, we have over 4 decades of combined experience in the field of healthcare and prevention. We recognize the current model of healthcare does not offer patients a full picture into what they should be doing along with an actionable blueprint to optimize their healthspans. MD Longevity Lab removes these barriers and is able to share an evidence-based approach to improving healthspan and lifespan with you. Optimizing your healthspan requires knowledge and nuance. It is not a one size fits all. It requires us to actually know you, your background, and what your goals are. Because of the commercialization of medicine, there are no shortage of providers willing to sell you supplements, therapies, and even invasive procedures with dubious evidence at best. That is not us. We are not here to push snake oil, but rather utilize an evidence-based strategy to keep you as healthy as possible, as long as possible. If you want to have an intelligent conversation about rapamycin, exosomes, stem cells, NMN, NAD, supplements, etc., we are here for it. We want to figure out your risk for problems such as diabetes, cancer, heart disease, and dementia. We will listen to you, perform state of the art diagnostic testing, and develop a personalized plan so you can reach your health potential. Our job is to stay up to date on the latest literature in this field, and incorporate the newest evidence-based strategies into your health care. Living well and optimizing your health is work, but we are your partner in making sure you are successful in your longevity journey. When you meet us, you will see we practice what we preach.

Two plans, then follow-up options. Core ($1,500) is the 3-hour baseline evaluation. Comprehensive ($6,500) is the 6-hour deep dive, everything in Core plus advanced testing and a 3-hour physician results review. After either plan, follow up with Core annually, or choose the optional Infinity membership ($500 a month, 12-month commitment, available after Comprehensive), which is ongoing physician-guided care with testing up to twice a year.

It's understandable to feel apprehensive. Your results aren't a grade, and this isn't about judging your starting point. Whether you're concerned about family history or numbers that aren't where you'd hoped, we help you make sense of your findings in the context of your health, your goals and your life. Not every risk can be changed, and not every result needs treatment. Together, we explain what you can work on, what may need monitoring and what your next steps could look like. You won't be handed a report and left to figure it out alone. In our experience, patients leave feeling empowered rather than discouraged. That's our goal: to replace uncertainty with perspective, priorities and a personalized plan to move forward.
-
Getting tested is one step. Understanding what deserves your attention, what doesn't and what to do next is another. Standalone testing can be useful, and some services include medical guidance. At MD Longevity Lab, we bring your results together with your medical history, family history, medications and goals to build a physician-guided plan around you, rather than treating each number in isolation.
Independence matters, too. When the company selling the test also sells the proposed solution, it's worth asking how those financial incentives influence its recommendations. That doesn't make the test invalid, but the distinction matters. We may recommend supplements, but we don't sell them. Our focus is helping you understand your options, including when a finding doesn't call for treatment. The goal is more than a report or another product to buy: it's a clear plan to support your strength, health and independence over time.

That's where the Infinity membership comes in. Available after completing Comprehensive, Infinity turns your initial evaluation into an ongoing partnership with your physician. We help you put your plan into practice, track your progress and adjust your care as your health and goals change.
Infinity includes:
• Testing and tracking: DEXA, VO2 max, biomarkers, coronary calcium rescreening and physician review of your results.
• Treatment: prescription management, hormone therapy when indicated, supplement management and personalized interventions.
• Ongoing care: direct access to our physician team, care coordination, longitudinal health monitoring and treatment adjustments.
Testing is physician-directed based on clinical need, up to twice per year. Infinity is $500 per month with a 12-month commitment, with the same membership price whether testing takes place annually or twice yearly. It's optional, for patients who want continued physician guidance beyond their initial workup.
